Kayak Zak’s offers fun, eco-friendly kayak instruction, guided trips, and kayak rentals in Humboldt Lagoons State Park, Redwood National and State Parks, Trinidad Cove, Humboldt Bay, Klamath River and other waterways in Humboldt and Del Norte Counties.   Paddle the local waters and get the best view of the wildlife ever. 

Lagoons:  We offer kayak and gear rentals at our local lagoons most summer days.   All rentals and tours are appropriate for beginners and come with a mini-lesson.  Lagoons offer flat, calm water and are fun for the whole family.  We have life jackets size Infant through XXL.

Trinidad Cove and Klamath River Guided Trips require a reservation, are appropriate for beginners and include a mini-lesson!

We have the skills, training, and experience to take anyone kayaking pretty much anywhere there is water. Kayak Zak’s is one of the only all-inclusive outfitters on the west coast.  Please let us know in advance if you have a physical, developmental, or other disability so that we may best accommodate your special needs.
Daily Kayak Rentals available at Big Lagoon
Most days we will be there by 10:00 a.m. but if we have a Trinidad tour that morning then we will not arrive at Big Lagoon until noon.  Bring a change of clothes, a snack, drinking water and $2 for parking.
